We offer a variety of modern motel rooms with a cozy Maine woods atmosphere. All our clean comfortable rooms have cable TV, Wi-Fi access, private baths and air conditioning. And, yes, we are a non – smoking property. Coffee & breakfast snacks are available every morning in our lobby. July-Labor Day a complimentary light breakfast is provided in our dining area.

- Check-in is from 2pm – 10pm.
- The motel office closes at 10pm.
- Rates are subject to sales tax.
- VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER accepted.
- Payment is due upon check-in.
- Personal checks are only accepted for reservation deposits and must be received 30 days prior to arrival.
- A two night minimum may apply during holiday, festival, and event weekends.
- Cancellations received with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a one day penalty charge.
- Group reservations/cancellations differ, please call the office for information.
- Please note that the office is untended, except by chance, after our November closing until March 20th. Your e-mail inquiries will be acknowledged though out the winter.
